The Inception
REAL was founded by Mr. A. Lawrence in Ennayiram Village as a grassroots initiative providing non-formal literacy to address social exclusion.
Women as Change Leaders
Formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Income Generation Programmes that strengthened women’s financial independence.
