REAL was founded by Mr. A. Lawrence in Ennayiram Village as a grassroots initiative providing non-formal literacy to address social exclusion.
Formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Income Generation Programmes that strengthened women’s financial independence.
Expansion into Kattumannar Koil with federation of women’s groups to amplify community voice in local governance.
Establishment of the Milk Chilling Unit at Ennayiram, creating stable income security for dairy farmers.
